OUR SERVICES
Crane Service Systems offers a wide variety of services 24 hours, 7 days per week. We provide customized services that will meet the needs of each individual customer. Our sales staff and engineers will guide customers towards the safest and most economical solution, whether it is a standard crane system, a crane system requiring specialized engineering, or a complete runway application. Our highly qualified technicians are able to provide service on basically any type of equipment. The service and follow-up measures ensure that the customer is satisfied and is one of our basic strategies in order to maintain customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
INSPECTIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Governement approved Inspections and Certifications performed on all types of Crane and Hoisting Systems. Recommendations and Requirements are summarized for final certification. Lubrication of all open gearing, wire rope on hoists and rope guides, including adjustments on brakes where accessible are part of the inspection process.
TRAINING
Crane Service Systems offers an in-depth training program designed to provide information that will allow for the safe operation of the crane and will also provide proven solutions in minimizing potential failures due to improper use of lifting equipment. CSS has also teamed up with a professional training service to facilitate training needs in the area of WHMIS, FALL ARREST, FORK TRUCK, FIRST AID, and BASIC CRANE TRAINING.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
CSS offers a variety of preventative maintenance and inspection programs for most makes and types of lifting equipment. All inspections are completed in accordance with OHSA requirements and can be scheduled to meet your needs. We offer inspection visits in three configurations; Annual, Quarterly and Monthly. These inspections will ensure that you obtain the full service potential from your lifting equipment, minimizing unexpected downtime.The service centre is prepared to offer all our customers “on call” 24 hour service when needed and will also develop a Preventative Maintenance program to maximize your uptime.
